AMP Reach advertising Program Overview

Partners who register to participate in the advertising program will have the opportunity to select from one of four Tiers, each priced differently depending on the media placements included in the bundle.

Partners may choose one Tier option for the Spring/Summer season, which media placements will run from March to May, and/or one Tier option for Fall/Winter, which media placements will run from August to December.

Partners who purchase a Tier are also eligible for add-on options of paid social and/or Custom Content inclusion.

 

FOUR Tier OPTIONS for each season

There are four Advertising Program Tiers with with package pricing ranging from $5,000 to $30,000. Advertising Program media elements vary by Tier and include proven digital media programs.

  • Spring/Summer Program (march-may 2023)

    • Partners submit order request from 1/18-1/27

    • VMB will review all order requests and provide assignments by 1/30

    • Partners review and accept assignments and submit materials by 2/2

    • VMB to approve submitted materials by 2/9

    • VMB creative production 2/10-2/24

    • Partner review creative 2/27-3/3 - Final creative approval due no later than 3/3

    • VMB sends placements to media vendors 3/6-3/10

    • First Media Placements go live 3/13

  • Fall/Winter 2023 Program (august-december 2023)

MEDIA OVERVIEW BY TIER

Tier 4

The Tier 4 option is the lowest price package priced at $5,000, but with a total package value coming in at $8,050. Media placements include eTarget Shared Email and Sojern Travel Programmatic Display advertising. Creative Services and a Wrap Report are included for no additional cost.

  • Partner Spend - $5,000

  • VMB Match - $2,500

  • Program Value - $8,050

2023 AMP ADS TIER 4 PACKAGE

Tier 3

The Tier 3 option requires a $10,000 investment for a program valued at $22,174. Media tactics include eTarget Shared Email, Sojern Travel Programmatic Display, and Mobilefuse Mobile Display advertising. Creative Services and a Wrap Report are included for no additional cost.

  • Partner Spend - $10,000

  • VMB Match - $5,000

  • Program Value - $22,174

The Tier 2 option requires a $20,000 investments for a program valued at $42,515. Media tactics inlcude eTarget Shared Email, Sojern Travel Programmatic Display, Mobilefuse Mobile Display and Sequential Digital Display advertising. Creative Services and a Wrap Report are included for no additional cost.

  • Partner Spend - $20,000

  • VMB Match - $10,000

  • Program Value - $42,515

2023 AMP ADS TIER 2 PACKAGE

The Tier 1 option is our largest program that requires a $30,000 investment for a program valued at $74,187. Media tactics include eTarget Custom Dedicated Email, Sojern Travel Programmatic Display, Mobilefuse Mobile Display, TripAdvisor OTA Display, Sequential Digital Display, and CTV Viewer Display Retargeting advertising. Creative Services and a Wrap report is also included for no additional cost.

  • Partner Spend - $30,000

  • VMB Match - $30,000

  • Program Value - $74,187

2023 AMP ADS TIER 1 PACKAGE

Add-On Options

Partners who purchase a tier are eligible for add-on options, including paid social Tiers and/or Custom Content inclusion.

Paid Social Tier 1

  • $20,000 Partner Investment + $20,000 VMB Match

  • Total Tier Value = 43,800

  • Timing: Available Q1-Q3

  • Flight: 3 Months

PAID SOCIAL TIER 1 ADD-ON

PAID SOCIAL TIER 2

  • $10,000 Partner Investment + $10,000 VMB Match

  • Total Tier Value = $22,000

Custom Content

Custom Content leverages Visit Myrtle Beach’s campaign content to highlight your business as a must-see or must-stay destination. Partners may choose from the following target audiences:

  • Culinary Audience (Available Fall/Winter only)

  • Family Audience

  • Travel Audience

  • Sport/Outdoor Audience

CUSTOM CONTENT ADD-ON

Creative Asset Guidelines

Specifications for programs will be outlined when signing up. A few things to keep in mind:

Imagery Guidelines:

  • Provide high-res and permission-granted images

  • Images should be season-appropriate

  • Images should not include added text or graphics

Messaging Guidelines:

  • Copy should be seasonal-specific associated with your product/offering/brand

  • Special offers and promotions are recommended for best results

  • Copy should relate to the provided imagery

Logo Guidelines:

  • Logo files should be high-res

  • Provide multiple formats when possible (jpg, png, eps, etc.)


Visit Myrtle Beach AMP Reach Marketplace Guide

In order to participate in the Visit Myrtle Beach partner program, partners must register in the Marketplace to view programs and place orders. If you do not have a username and password or have misplaced your credentials, please contact johanna.hodge@visitmyrtlebeach.com. A system administrator will ensure your partner business is added within the application and will send a registration invitation link to you via email. From there, you will be able to create a password for your account and enter your organization’s contact information.
