MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.—Visit Myrtle Beach is pleased to announce two key promotions within the Group Sales department, reflecting both the organization’s internal commitment to team development and the broader economic importance of group travel to the Grand Strand region.
Lori Lampo has been promoted to Senior Sales Manager of Group Tour and Leisure Sales. In this role, Lampo will lead the planning, coordination and execution of sales strategies for the group tour, motorcoach and leisure market segments. Her efforts will play a vital role in generating travel demand and strengthening consumer awareness of Myrtle Beach as a premier destination.
Lampo has been with the organization for six years, holding the position of Group Sales Manager, where she oversaw group business accounts such as the South Atlantic Shrine Association, which brings several thousand attendees to Myrtle Beach annually. She holds a Certified Faith-Based Meeting Professional designation and a Certified Autism Travel Professional credential.

Zavier Jones has been promoted to Associate Group Sales Manager. Zavier will work alongside Cyndi Mohr to attract and secure meeting and convention bookings for the Myrtle Beach area. His work supports the region’s year-round appeal for business, incentive and association travel.

Visit Myrtle Beach is also actively seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join the team as Assistant Sales Manager, Group Sales. This key position will support the development and execution of strategies to grow group business in the region.
